Overview and Scope

Conflicts within the corporate environment reduce productivity while consuming a great deal of managerial time, only to get temporary results. Cooperation, understanding and quick and effective mechanisms for conflict management and resolution are vital to avoid both personal and economic costs and boost productivity.

Specialized training in the management of conflict in the workplace helps individuals, companies, and larger organizations not only handle but also prevent conflicts in the working environment. As a result, this 8 - hour, highly interactive course aims to offer participants the knowledge, the concepts, the content, and the context for effective conflict resolution.

During the Conflict Management at Work seminar, the following key areas will be explored:

  • Types of workplace mediation (in-house/ external)
  • Individual Skills building (selected mediation techniques)
  • Role plays on common workplace conflict scenarios in small groups with feedback
  • Dispute prevention
